I was fortunate enough to have visited Europe which included Florence, Venice, Rome and enjoyed the magnificent art and statues associated with the Renaissance period. Whilst the holiday was mind blowing it was great to come home. I live next to the beach and love hearing the sound of the ocean which is a wonderful meditation. As I love surfing, I start the day on the beach, go to work and finish my day on the beach. It keeps me stress free and balanced. |
